2. Original Artworks
Every painting sold on this website is an absolute original, hand-painted by Kayla Sutton. We do not sell prints or mass-produced reproductions. As these are handmade items, minor variations in texture and color are part of the unique character of the piece.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AUD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before any artwork is dispatched.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship original works with tracking via Australia Post or a selected courier. While we take every precaution to package your art securely, NAKS by Kayla is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at kaylasutton90@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
6. Intellectual Property
The artist, Kayla Sutton, retains all copyright to the artworks, even after purchase. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any form without express written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
