Thank you for supporting NAKS by Kayla. Please read our policy regarding refunds and returns carefully.

1. Original Artworks

Every painting sold on this website is an absolute original, hand-painted by Kayla Sutton. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these original works, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to package your art securely, if an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at kaylasutton90@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage to the artwork and the original packaging to initiate a claim.

3. Future Products

Our current “no refund” policy applies strictly to original artworks. Should NAKS by Kayla venture into print-on-demand or other non-original products in the future, specific terms for those items will be updated here.
